Project Engineer
Placement:
Site Based – West Sumbawa
Working Schedule:
Regular working days 5:2 (Monday–Friday)
Some of Your Duties Will Include:
* Support planning, engineering coordination, technical evaluation, and execution of capital projects across mining operations, processing plant expansion, infrastructure development, utilities, logistics facilities, and supporting operational assets.
* Review drawings, specifications, and contracts.
* Support constructability reviews and value engineering.
* Develop project plans, schedules, and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
* Coordinate day-to-day engineering and construction activities.
* Resolve technical issues and design conflicts.
* Monitor quantities, productivity, and material usage.
* Support variation orders and change requests.
* Ensure compliance with QA/QC, HSE, and applicable regulations.
* Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
What Skills and Experience Do You Need?
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Marine, Naval Architecture, Structural, or related field).
* Minimum 7 years of experience in construction/project engineering, engineering design, or project development in mining, heavy industry, or EPC/EPCM environments.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role as Project Engineer.
* Strong technical expertise in construction methods and engineering drawings.
* Working knowledge of project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
* Familiarity with QA/QC, HSE, and regulatory standards.
* Experience in AutoCAD, BIM, or other engineering drafting software.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Computer literate.
