SUPERINTENDENT - MONITORING, EVALUATION, REPORTING, LEARNING AND COMPLIANCE
(National - Site Based)
Lead the development and implementation of Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting, Learning, and Compliance (MERL) systems that support Social Impact programs and ensure regulatory compliance, data integrity, and continuous program improvement.
Some of Your Duties Will Include
Lead the development, standardization, and implementation of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting (MER) frameworks across Social Impact programs.
Develop and maintain monitoring indicators aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Oversee monitoring activities conducted by field teams and implementing partners to ensure data quality and consistency.
Conduct field validation and verification of program implementation and monitoring results.
Drive the digital transformation of MER data management, including data governance, analytics readiness, and document traceability.
Establish and maintain structured datasets, reporting systems, dashboards, and digital archives.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement, participatory monitoring approaches, and cross-functional collaboration.
Analyze monitoring and evaluation findings to identify trends, lessons learned, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Lead the preparation and submission of compliance and regulatory reports, including quarterly and annual reporting requirements.
Support audit readiness by maintaining complete, accurate, and traceable documentation.
Provide technical leadership, coaching, and capacity building for MER officers and support staff.
Present monitoring insights, performance results, and strategic recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Policy, Statistics, Economics, Community Development, Environmental Management, or other related disciplines.
Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), program management, social performance, community development, ESG, sustainability, or related fields.
Experience leading monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and compliance functions in large-scale development, mining, infrastructure, NGO, or corporate social responsibility programs.
Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting, and Learning (MERL) methodologies and frameworks.
Experience developing KPIs, logical frameworks, outcome indicators, and impact measurement systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
Experience with data management, dashboard development, data visualization, and digital reporting systems.
Understanding of compliance requirements, audit processes, and regulatory reporting standards.
Familiarity with risk management, continuous improvement, and adaptive program management approaches.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools; Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong leadership, coaching, and people development capabilities; Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills; Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive organizational alignment; High attention to detail, integrity, and accountability; Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities;
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
