Job Requirements
Has at least 2 year of sales coordinator experience, preferably in FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of sales distribution processes and business operations in the FMCG industry.
Good knowledge of marketing techniques and sales strategies.
Familiar with area coverage, outlets, and handled sales channels.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for managing and developing outlet networks, including existing outlets and New Open Outlets (NOO).
Ensure the effective execution of sales team activities in accordance with the Daily Activity Plan (DAP) to achieve sales targets.
Monitor team performance, promotional program implementation, and new product launches, while ensuring product availability at outlets.
Conduct market visits, joint calls, and sales report analysis to support evaluation and business decision-making.
