Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Marketing or related areas.
Experienced in the FMCG industry, especially Food & Beverage.
Strong understanding of Sales Operation business processes, food & beverage industry insights, and distribution business processes.
Able to identify market potential and develop customers and stakeholders.
Strong communication and coordination skills across various organizational levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical skills in interpreting and evaluating field data.
Job Responsibilities
Monitor, support, provide feedback, and evaluate the execution of all promotional activities carried out by the Sales team.
Monitor and evaluate New Product Launch (NPL) and existing product performance (Sales, Product, & Promotion) together with the Sales team.
Collaborate with the Sales team to develop market potential.
Conduct market visits, analyze findings, and prepare market visit reports related to competitor activities and product performance.
Manage POSM usage by determining POSM requirements, distributing materials to the Sales team, and monitoring execution in the field.
