Key responsibilities
Undertake the operation of the Flash Smelting Furnace or Flash Converting Furnace (FSF or FCF) in accordance with SOPs and WIs.
Achieve budgeted output and specified quality of copper matte
Maintain optimum process parameters of each stage of production
Facilitate maintenance of equipment under jurisdiction to maximize uptime
Produce budgeted volumes of matte and slag with required specifications
Achieve norms of productivity and continuously improve technical competencies and multiskilling
