Working Location : Site Based - West Sumbawa

Working Schedule : Regular working days 5:2 (Monday-Friday)

Some of your duties will include:

To establish and maintain a department that is able to provide a high quality, timely and sustainable service to all end users (clients).

Ensures that adequate resources are available to meet scheduled maintenance and repair needs, ensure all the infrastructure safely to use.

Reviews all maintenance schedules and coordinates activities with other departments in order to ensure optimal equipment and operation availability to meet business needs.

Reviews and updates departmental procedures and policies, administers discipline, enforces company policy, and ensures compliance with state, federal, or other jurisdictional laws.

Responds to emergencies that could cause injury to personnel or loss of operational efficiency.

Develop and maintain departmental plans that are pro-active in planning to ensure that the day-to-day operational needs are met while counterbalancing the strict operational and maintenance requirements in line with Indonesian or better standards.

Develop and enforce sound and practical standard operational and task procedures which fit the global standards while ensuring a continually improving approach on maintenance and operational services.

Sets goals and coordinates the activities of the department reports in the field, workshop and various administrative offices ensure consistent and quality scheduled maintenance and unscheduled maintenance are accomplished with minimal disruption to the operation.

Manage Building and Infrastructure Maintenance; Industrial & Residential Building, Utilities (Water treatment/Sewage treatment), General Infrastructure, Mechanical, Electrical, Piping & Plumbing, Carpentry & Painting, Air-conditioning.

Manage Grounds landscaping, retaining wall, stone pitching, Tree Trimming, Grass cutting excludes Mine area, 

Manage Technical Services; Corrosion Management for General building, Integrated Systems security lock system, Electrical Compliance, Cooling system Control (HVAC), General Water Management.

What skills and experience do you need?

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 

15 years of experience in maintenance infrastructure with at least 8+ years in Supervisory or Managerial roles related to Infrastructure projects on remote mine sites;

Have middle level operational inspector certificate (POM) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position.

Substantial experience in the Domestic, light industrial construction industry and in particular facility maintenance

Demonstrate the ability to effectively plan and allocate maintenance resources, coordinate schedules across departments, interpret and enforce policies and regulatory requirements, manage and improve departmental systems and procedures, and respond decisively to emergencies impacting safety or operations.

Demonstrate the ability to develop proactive operations and maintenance plans aligned with Indonesian and international standards, establish and enforce globally recognized procedures, set and coordinate operational goals across field, workshop, and administrative functions, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure high‑quality availability and upkeep of office and support infrastructure

Demonstrate the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams while managing comprehensive facility and technical maintenance services, including buildings, utilities, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, grounds maintenance, and specialized systems such as corrosion control, security locking, electrical compliance, and water management

Possess leadership traits and organizational, scheduling & time management skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment dependent on managing multiple project timelines and schedules simultaneously; Ability to communicate well, and work productively with internal and external individuals; A commitment to safety and a desire to maintain our Indonesian mining operations to world class international safety standards; Demonstrate strong conceptual skills, and capable of developing lateral and practical solutions; High level of integrity and commitment; Good analytical, conflict resolution, sound decision making skills.

Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
