Rajavilla Lombok Resort is currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager.
Qualifications:
* Male or Female, maximum 40 years old
* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager in the hotel, resort, villa, or hospitality industry
* Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue
* Good understanding of digital marketing, social media marketing, online travel agents (OTA), and hospitality branding
* Strong networking with corporate clients, travel agents, event organizers, and tourism communities is an advantage
* Able to prepare sales plans, marketing plans, budgets, and sales reports
* Target-oriented with the ability to achieve company revenue goals
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel operational systems is preferred
* Strong market and competitor analysis skills
* Professional appearance, confident personality, and positive attitude
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Good command of English, both spoken and written
* Willing to travel for sales visits and business trips when required
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in handling wedding markets, MICE, and hospitality events
* Knowledge of content marketing and public relations
* Based in Lombok or willing to be placed in Lombok
