Rajavilla Lombok Resort is looking for an Operational Manager
Qualifications:
* Male/Female, maximum 45 years old
* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Operational Manager or in a similar position within the hotel, resort, villa, or hospitality industry
* Strong leadership, managerial, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Able to manage and supervise daily hotel/resort operations effectively and efficiently
* Strong understanding of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and overall hotel operational standards
* Capable of maintaining service quality and guest satisfaction according to company standards
* Experienced in preparing operational reports, budgeting, SOP implementation, and staff scheduling
* Ability to lead, motivate, train, and develop team members
* Strong decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure
* Target-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems
* Good command of English, both spoken and written
* Professional appearance, disciplined, and responsible
* Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a resort or beachfront property is an advantage
* Strong understanding of hospitality service excellence and operational efficiency
* Certification in hospitality training or management programs is a plus
* Based in Lombok or willing to be placed in the Lombok area
