Position: Sales Manager
General Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related field
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
Strong network within corporate, travel, and event sectors
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Target-driven and able to work under pressure
Proficient in English (spoken and written)
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Identify and generate new business opportunities (corporate clients, travel agents, event organizers, etc.)
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Conduct sales calls, presentations, and contract negotiations
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions and sales campaigns
Manage sales pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasts
Represent the hotel/company at networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Handle inquiries, proposals, and follow-ups professionally
Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, Reservations, F&B, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery
Ensure all services meet company/hotel standards
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team (if applicable)
Set individual and team sales targets
Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations
Work with management on pricing strategies and sales packages
