Finance Staff – Real Estate & Hospitality
Job Description:
Handle daily finance activities, including tracking cash inflow and outflow, checking customer payments, vendor invoices, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management and owners.
Monitor operational costs against budgets and identify any unusual expenses.
Support tax and administrative tasks, including invoicing, document verification, and basic tax calculations/reporting.
Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, F&B, and Purchasing teams to ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, real estate, or hospitality is preferred.
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
Basic understanding of taxation, including VAT, Income Tax, and local hotel/restaurant tax, is a plus.
Experience with accounting software or hotel systems is an advantage.
Personality:
Detail-oriented, honest, reliable, and able to work well with different teams.
