This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, strengthening finance governance, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.

Description
Manage accounting activities and ensure accurate month-end closing in line with company policies and PSAK/IFRS standards.
Review financial performance, including P&L, balance sheet, AR aging, accruals, and related financial movements.
Support tax, statutory reporting, internal control, and audit requirements.
Improve and standardize finance processes, including billing, cost tracking, accruals, and revenue recognition.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly performance reviews.
Partner with Operations and Commercial teams to provide financial insights that support margin improvement, cash flow, and business performance.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or related field
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Financial Control, Finance Accounting, or Cost Accounting
Strong knowledge of PSAK, with exposure to IFRS or US GAAP
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
3+ years experience in corporate financial reporting, financial analysis and budgeting
Willing to be based in Sumbawa, Nusa Tenggara
