Description
Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead end-to-end HR operations, covering workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention.
Design and implement effective recruitment procedures to attract and retain the right talent for mining operations.
Develop and maintain compensation & benefits structures to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
Drive people development initiatives, including training programs, succession planning, and leadership development.
Manage industrial relations and regulatory compliance.
Profile
Proven track record in HR leadership, preferably within mining or real sectors
Strong experience in recruitment, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and industrial relations.
Familiar with Indonesian labor law, manpower regulations, and best practices in people management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Willing to be based full-time at the site
