CLUSTER E-COMMERCE
Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Cluster E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize online sales channels for our resort properties. This position is responsible for maximizing online revenue, maintaining brand presence across digital platforms, managing OTA extranets, and supporting digital marketing activities to increase occupancy and revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update all online travel agent (OTA) platforms such as Booking.com, Traveloka, and others.
Ensure room inventory, rates, promotions, and content are accurate and updated across all online channels.
Monitor daily online performance including occupancy, revenue, ranking, and competitor analysis.
Coordinate with revenue, reservation, sales and marketing, and front office teams to optimize online sales strategies.
Create and implement promotional campaigns to maximize revenue and visibility.
Maintain hotel website content and coordinate with digital marketing agencies or partners.
Monitor guest reviews and online reputation across digital platforms.
Prepare weekly and monthly e-commerce performance reports.
Support SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, and email marketing initiatives.
Ensure brand standards and visual consistency across all digital platforms.
Qualifications
Indonesian citizen (WNI).
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or Revenue/Reservation within the hospitality industry.
Familiar with OTA extranets, channel managers, and hotel booking systems.
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media advertising is an advantage.
Strong understanding of online distribution and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Able to work independently and manage multiple properties/projects.
Creative, detail-oriented, and target-driven personality.
