We are looking for a driven and experienced professional to lead sales operations, manage team performance, and achieve business targets across multiple regions.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Male/Female, maximum 38 years old
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, or a related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (retail, FMCG, or similar industry) with leadership exposure
* Proven experience in handling area-based sales operations and managing multiple territories
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
* Confident, target-driven, analytical, and able to work under pressure
* High integrity and strong teamwork mindset
