We Are Still Hiring a Carbon and Strategic Growth Analyst at Zentide.

Zentide is a climate tech startup dedicated to developing biostimulants and biofertilizers from tropical seaweed to improve soil health, enhance crop yields, and reduce farmers dependence on chemical fertilizers.

In this role, you will stand at the exciting intersection of data science, corporate sustainability, and high-level business strategy.

Responsibilities:

1. Calculate, monitor, and analyze carbon emissions and sequestration metrics specifically derived from agricultural and farming activities.

2. Design and maintain interactive, real-time dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and SQL to translate complex datasets into actionable business insights.

3. Extract and analyze operational and strategic data across various departments to optimize efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and support executive decision-making.

4. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and untapped business opportunities within the agritech and sustainability sectors.

5. Develop compelling pitch decks, business proposals, and structured weekly progress reports for internal leadership and external partners.

6. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders, external partners, and potential investors to support the company's strategic expansion.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Data Science, Economics, Agricultural Economics, Business Administration, Agronomy, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 1+ year of proven experience in data analytics, sustainability/ESG reporting, strategic consulting, or farm advisory services.

3. Exceptional quantitative skills with highly structured analytical and critical thinking capabilities.

4. Proven hands-on experience in data extraction and visualization utilizing SQL, Power BI, and/or Tableau.

5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex, data-heavy ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively to non-technical audiences.

5. Full professional proficiency in both written and verbal English and Bahasa Indonesia.

6. Highly adaptable, resilient, and eager to thrive within the fast-paced, dynamic, and agile work climate of a startup.

7. Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.

8. Willing to be placed in Lombok, Indonesia and travel to other regions for fieldwork.
