WAITER/HOST
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and provide a positive first impression.
Escort guests to their tables, explain the menus and take orders.
Inform guests about special offers, promotions, or packages.
Sales experience or upselling skills are preferred.
Monitor guest areas and ensuring a smooth service flow.
Proficient in MS Office & reservation systems.
Requirements
Friendly and professional demeanour.
Strong ownership & service mindset.
Strong communication in English and sales skills.
Ability to remain calm and organized during busy service periods.
Previous hospitality or customer service experience.
Team-oriented attitude and willingness to support restaurant operations.
