Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards. Maintain a high standards of food quality, taste and presentation.
Ensure all ingredients are prepared, stocked, labeled and available for daily service.
Monitor stock rotation and communicate ordering needs to the Manager.
Follow all hygiene, cleaning regulations and food safety standards.
Requirements
Proven experience working as Cook in the kitchen for minimum 3 years.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
