SPA THERAPIST
Job Overview:
At Amber Lombok Beach Resort, we curate refined wellness experiences inspired by tranquility, elegance, and genuine care. As a Spa Therapist, you will be an essential part of delivering bespoke treatments, ensuring every guest experiences a journey of deep relaxation and indulgence in a serene coastal sanctuary.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional spa treatments including body massage, body scrub, facial, and other wellness therapies
Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by delivering attentive and personalized service
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance of the spa and treatment rooms
Conduct guest consultations prior to treatments and recommend suitable therapies
Promote spa services, packages, and retail products
Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP) and health and safety regulations
Handle guest feedback professionally and report any issues to the Wellness Manager
Qualifications:
Indonesian citizen (WNI)
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Spa Therapist
Excellent grooming and professional appearance
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Service-oriented with a positive attitude and attention to detail
Good command of English
Willing to be placed in Lombok Tengah
