EVENT SALES MANAGER
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Event Sales Manager to lead and grow our event business, focusing on F&B events, weddings, and corporate functions. This role is responsible for generating revenue, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of all events.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve event revenue targets
Actively seek new business opportunities for weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings
Manage client inquiries, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
Coordinate closely with operations, kitchen, and banquet teams to ensure smooth event execution
Conduct site inspections and client meetings
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
Experience handling luxury weddings or high-end corporate events
Strong network in the event and wedding industry
Qualifications:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in event sales, preferably in hospitality (hotel/resort)
Strong knowledge of F&B operations, weddings, and corporate events
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented with a proven sales track record
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Well-groomed, professional appearance
Placement: Central Lombok (Lombok Tengah)
