EVENT SALES MANAGER
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Event Sales Manager specializing in F&B events and weddings to lead revenue generation through social events, wedding celebrations, corporate gatherings and private functions. This role is resposible for driving banquet & catering sales, building strong client relationships and ensuring seamless coordination between sales and operation to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilties:
Develop & execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue from weddings, social events and F&B functions.
Actively source new business opportunities through networking. partnerships and market visits.
Manage end to end sales process: Inquiry handling, site inspection, proposal preparation, negotiation and contract closing.
Build and maintain strong relationship with wedding planners, event organizers, corporate clients and travel agents.
Coordinate closly with F&B, kitchen, banquet operations and other departments to ensure successful event execution.
Prepare customized event proposals and Banquet Event Order (BEO)
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for banquet & event revenue
Prepare sales reports, forecasts and revenue analysis for management review
Qualification:
Indonesian citizen (WNI)
Minimum 3-5 years of experience event, banquet sales or wedding sales in a resort or 4/5 star hotel
Strong knowledge of F&B operations and wedding/event planning
Fluent in english (spoken & written)
Excellent negotiation, communiction and presentation skills
Strong networking ability and client database is an advantage
Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekend and public holiday
