Villa Supervisor – Lombok
Job Requirements:
Minimum education of Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Hospitality, or Tourism
3–5 years of experience in a villa or hospitality managerial role
Good English skills, both spoken and written
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Effective communication with guests, staff, and external parties
Strong knowledge of villa operations and guest services
Ability to handle issues and complaints swiftly
Skilled in negotiation
Understanding of local regulations and compliance
