Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Villa Supervisor role within the hospitality industry
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Strong operational and people management skills with a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in budget management, data analysis, and reporting
Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to continuous improvement
Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
