Some of your duties will include:

Manage and supervise electrical maintenance for Crushers, Conveyors, Grinding, Flotation, Filter Plant, and HV Breakers (33 kV and below).

Lead troubleshooting and repair activities for Siemens GMD and VSD systems from multiple manufacturers.

Ensure reliability and availability of critical electrical assets including switchgear, motors, transformers, and protection systems.

Plan and execute shutdowns and preventive maintenance programs for high‑voltage and plant electrical systems.

Perform root‑cause analysis on electrical failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Coordinate internal teams and contractors to ensure safe and effective electrical maintenance execution.

Manage critical spare parts, electrical materials, and resource allocation.

Enforce SOPs, JSA, HIRADC, and all electrical safety procedures, including stopping unsafe work.

Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and HSE to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Prepare monthly reports on electrical system performance, downtime, and improvement initiatives.

Carry out other tasks as assigned.

What skills and experience do you need?

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

8–12 years’ experience in fixed plant electrical maintenance (mining/heavy industry preferred).

3–5 years in a supervisory or superintendent-level maintenance role.

Proven experience with Siemens GMD, multi‑brand VSD systems, Flotation, Filter Plant, and HV Breakers (33 kV and below).

Strong skills in troubleshooting, RCA, preventive maintenance planning, and electrical safety control.

Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation interfaces in fixed plant operations.

Experience coordinating multi‑disciplinary maintenance teams and supporting shutdown execution.

Competent using CMMS (SAP, Pronto, Maximo, or equivalent).

Strong commitment to K3 compliance and operational reliability.
