STORE LEADER (for Retail F&B)

Store Appointment: Purwokerto, Karawang West Java, Bali, Bengkulu, Makasar, Lombok & Tasikmalaya

Responsibilities:

Managing and organizing all aspects of operating a Boost Juice outlet and responsible for sales achievement and the strategy including building, leading & managing a team in a fun environment whilst driving sales.

Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field

Minimal Experience 2 years in retail F&B (Preferably Store Manager/Assistant Manager/Supervisor/Leader specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent).

Mastering F&B’s strategy in PNL, Labor Cost, Food Cost and COGS, Inventory Stock Opname & Excellence Service.

Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to tight deadlines in high-pressure situations.

Excellent attention to detail, ability to operate a high performing retail store.

Great communicator and proven leader.

Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English.

Willing to travel.
