REQUIREMENTS
Minimum SMK/D3/S1 in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Experience as a power plant operator (PLTD experience is preferred)
Understanding of diesel engine systems and power plant operations
Able to read and understand basic technical parameters and panel systems
Good discipline, responsibility, and teamwork
Able to work in shifts
Willing to be placed in Lombok
Preferably domiciled in Lombok; local candidates are prioritized

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate diesel power plant (PLTD) machines in accordance with SOP and supervisor instructions
Monitor engine parameters routinely and record them in log sheets
Ensure stable and reliable electricity distribution to the PLN grid in accordance with capacity
Record daily production meters and fuel flow meter usage
Report production results and coordinate with the administration team for billing recap
Identify potential machine issues (visual and audible) and report to the maintenance team
Coordinate with fuel personnel to ensure availability and smooth fuel supply
Monitor protection systems, cooling systems, lubrication systems, and distribution panels
Report any operational anomalies to the supervisor for immediate action
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and readiness of the work area and equipment
