We are now seeking passionate professionals to join our pre-opening hospitality team, delivering exceptional, personalized service at sea.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, onboard role based in Lombok. As part of the opening team, you will play a key role in setting up and delivering seamless day-to-day operations onboard. You will be responsible for creating memorable guest journeys, anticipating needs, and upholding the highest standards of luxury hospitality in a unique yachting environment.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Food & Beverage, you will ensure service excellence, operational efficiency, and alignment with JEEVA’s commitment to sustainability and cultural authenticity.

Candidate Profile

Proven experience in luxury hospitality, yachting, or high-end resorts

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a guest-centric mindset

Solid knowledge of hospitality service and Food & Beverage operations

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player

Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic, at-sea environment

Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage

Appreciation of Indonesian culture and a passion for sustainability and responsible tourism
