Qualifications

Proven experience in luxury hospitality, yachting, or high-end resorts

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-centric mindset

Solid knowledge of hospitality service and food and beverage operations

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player

Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic at-sea environment

Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage

Appreciation of Indonesian culture and a passion for sustainability and responsible tourism
