POSITION AVAILABLE:
Admin
Admin Responsibilities:
Handle daily administrative tasks
Maintain organized files and records
Assist with bookkeeping & inventory management
Prepare reports and support office operations
Monitor supplies and office equipment
Handle receipts, invoices, and petty cash
Provide general support to the managenment
Admin Requirements:
Proven experience as an Admin or similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge about Canva
Flexibility Remote and Onsite Job
Have experience using POS Cashier Luna or another accounting software is benefit
Familiar with Al and Google Spreadsheet
