Barista
Job Description:
The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages according to company recipes and presentation standards.
Operate espresso machines and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
Greet and serve customers in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tools, and workstations.
Monitor and manage daily stock of ingredients and report shortages to the supervisor.
Provide product knowledge and make recommendations to customers.
Follow all company SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Support the team in daily café operations to ensure smooth service.
Support the kitchen team when needed.
Requirements:
Hospitality background or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista with latte art skills.
Able to speak English.
Energetic, well-groomed, and customer service oriented.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
