CHIEF ACCOUNTING

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Chief Accounting professional to lead our finance and accounting operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting the company’s financial health and growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and solid experience in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all accounting functions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cost Control

Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual)

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions

Monitor cash flow and ensure proper fund management

Maintain and improve internal control systems and accounting procedures

Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements

Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities

Supervise and develop the accounting team to achieve high performance

Prepare financial reports for management and provide strategic recommendations

Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in line with company policies

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry (luxury resort experience is an advantage)

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Chief Accounting or Accounting Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail

Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Office

Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)

Placement in Central Lombok (Lombok Tengah)
