FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Front Office Manager to lead our front office operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role is responsible for managing the daily activities of the front office team, maintaining service standards, and maximizing room revenue while ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily front office operations including Reception, Concierge, and Guest Relations
Ensure excellent guest service and handle VIP guests and special requests
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
Monitor room availability, occupancy, and revenue performance
Train, supervise, and motivate the front office team
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Coordinate with housekeeping, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards
Prepare reports related to occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback
Implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and online reviews
Qualifications:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Front Office, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Familiar with hotel management systems
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Well-groomed, professional appearance with a customer-oriented mindset
