About the role

We are seeking an experienced chef de partie to join our talented culinary team at Unreal Management in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards

Assist the head chef in menu planning and development

Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment

Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed

Mentor and train junior kitchen staff

Collaborate with the service team to deliver outstanding customer service

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as a chef de partie or equivalent role in a busy restaurant environment

Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation

Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities

A passion for using fresh, high-quality ingredients to create delicious meals

The ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure

Positive attitude and a team player mentality
