Cashier & Waitress
General Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma (Senior High School or equivalent)
Previous experience as a waitress, cashier, or in F&B service is preferred
Good communication skills in English (basic conversational level)
Friendly, polite, and customer service oriented
Honest, responsible, and trustworthy
Able to operate POS (Point of Sale) and VHP system
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Good grooming and professional appearance
Able to work in a team and under pressure
Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner
Enter orders into the POS system and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly
Prepare and present bills, and handle payments (cash, card, or digital payments)
Ensure accuracy in cash handling and maintain proper cash control procedures
Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure quality service standards
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests or complaints professionally
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter and dining area
Coordinate with kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations
Perform daily cash reconciliation and prepare sales reports
Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures
Support team members and assist in operational duties when needed
