Position: Regional Sales Manager (East)
Placement: Trosobo, Sidoarjo, East Java
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations in the eastern region, which covers the areas of East Java, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, West and East Nusa Tenggara and Papua.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Effectively lead and oversee branches in the eastern region.
- Ensure monthly reports and timetables are implemented in accordance with SOPs.
- Develop sales strategies and analyze new market potential for each branch.
- Monitor stock levels to support the achievement of branch sales targets.
- Ensure marketing intelligence functions effectively at the branch level.
- Conduct market analysis to maintain competitiveness with similar companies.
- Coordinate with cross-divisional teams regarding product information, stock availability, delivery schedules, and invoicing.
- Analyze weekly and monthly sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Branch Managers in executing sales activities through online meetings and on-site branch visits.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints, particularly those related to sales and branch team performance.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to the National Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma degree (D3)
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within the electronic or kitchen equipment or home appliance industry.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales and distribution networks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple divisions and regions effectively.
- Commitment to achieving targets and driving business growth.
