We're Hiring for Our Client in the HEAVY EQUIPMENT INDUSTRY as a “SALES EXECUTIVE” or “SALES REPRESENTATIVE”:  

Requirements:
·      Minimum D3 from any major, highly preferred from Engineering for the Sales Representative position
·      Minimum S1 from any major for the Sales Executive position
·      Having more than 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive and 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative
·      Having experience in the main industry, such as  Heavy Equipment / Heavy Equipment Parts / Engine / Leasing / Banking / Automotive or similar
·      Must have experience using Business English for professional communication and MS Office for proposals, reporting, and analysis.

Responsibilities: 
·      Strong knowledge in heavy equipment industry dynamics, product/applications, supply chain, and customer service standards.
·      Proficient in consultative selling, advanced negotiation, account & relationship management, sales forecasting, funnel management, and territory management and B2B field sales
·      Ability to gather and analyze market/industry information, monitor competitors, produce call/transaction reports, and anticipate trends to sustain quality leads and win rates
·      Strong customer orientation and results focus, with a quality mindset and ethical conduct consistent with company values
·      Demonstrated skills in teamwork, planning & organizing, problem solving & decision making, and reliable execution.
·      Must demonstrate effective cross-functional collaboration with Sales Support, Application Engineering, Parts, Service, Finance/Accounting, and leadership across branches/areas/CEGs
·      Strong customer commitment and results orientation, with a quality mindset and ethical conduct; demonstrates teamwork, creativity & innovation, change leadership, and reliable execution (planning, organizing, problem‑solving, decision‑making).

Sales Executive: 
- JAVA (BSD, Batam)
- SKAL (Pontianak)
- NKAL (Bengalon)
- Head Office (South Jakarta) for Data Center Engine, Gas Engine, and Oil and Gas Market
