Some of your duties will include:

To supervise the daily activities of ground and landscaping works by the group or sub-contractor to meet with requirements and standards.

Supervise the activities of landscaping works

Supervise the activities of ground/ earth works such as cutting grass, cutting tree

Undertake daily whipper sniper schedule.

Ensure all subordinates under this position’s authority comply with all PTAMNT health, safety and environmental policy and procedures.

Reviews and updates departmental procedures and policies, administrators discipline & enforces company and departmental policy.

Provide strong and clear leadership to direct reports.

Plan and organize work to accomplish the organization’s goals efficiently and effectively, drawing on the strengths and ideas of team members.

Assign work appropriate to the roles and skill levels of employees.

Provide the materials and equipment needed to succeed.

Ensure employees understand their duties and performance expectations.

Communicate essential information between management and employees.

What skills and experience do you need?

Tertiary degree in in landscape engineering, or a related field. Relevant certification in horticulture or landscaping management is advantageous.

Having 7 years of experience in landscaping field operations with at least 4 years in a supervisory role. Prior experience in an industrial, remote, or mining environment is highly preferred.

Hold an operational inspector certificate or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of positions; possess relevant technical inspector certificate.

Strong knowledge of horticultural practices, landscaping techniques, and ecological principles; Familiarity with sustainable landscaping practices and native vegetation of the region.

Ability to supervise landscaping and ground‑maintenance activities safely and effectively, including grass cutting, tree cutting, and managing daily whipper‑snipper schedules while consistently enforcing HSE policies and updating procedures

Proficiency in budgeting and managing landscaping materials and resources.

Strong demonstrate leadership by organizing work to meet goals, assigning tasks based on skills, ensuring proper use of equipment and materials, communicating expectations clearly, and fostering teamwork, professionalism, and trust.

Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
