Sales Coordinator
Placement: Several Areas (see description)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field
Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position (sales promotion) in the FMCG industry
Proven track record in sales promotion
Ability to create demand, increase market share, achieve sales targets, and execute promotions
Advanced skills in data analysis (Microsoft Excel), negotiation, creative thinking, and target-oriented mindset
Experience in finding and building strong relationships with customers and potential customers
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales promotion team to achieve sales targets
Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase product sales
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align promotions with overall strategies
Analyze campaign effectiveness and provide performance reports
Manage the promotion budget efficiently
Build strong relationships with distributors and retailers
Identify and develop new promotional strategies
Monitor competitors’ promotional activities
Train and coach the team to improve performance
