Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field
Experience in General Trade as a Sales Coordinator in the FMCG industry, minimum 2 years
Proven sales track record
Excellent communication, negotiation, and data analysis skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Possess a valid driving license (SIM C)
Responsibilities
Execute, monitor, and improve the company's sales strategies in designated areas
Maintain effective relationships through regular visits
Provide routine company sales reports such as forecast, sales pipeline, and sales results
Achieve the sales targets set by the company
Lead the salesman team
