Job Overview
This position is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, addressing guest needs and inquiries, and anticipating their desires to deliver personalized service. The Guest Relations Officer acts as a primary point of contact for guests, particularly VIP and long-stay guests, facilitating their comfort and satisfaction from arrival to departure, and serving as a bridge between guests and various resort departments.

Qualifications
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar guest relations or front office role within a four star hotel or resort
Proficient in PMS such as VHP and strong computer skills including MS Office and Google Workspace
Fluency in written and spoken English
Immaculate grooming and presentation
Positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
High level of integrity and discretion
