Guest Relations Officer (GRO)
Job Overview
This position is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, addressing guest needs and inquiries, and anticipating their desires to deliver personalized service. The Guest Relations Officer acts as a primary point of contact for guests, particularly VIPs and long-stay guests, facilitating their comfort and satisfaction from arrival to departure, and serving as a bridge between guests and various resort departments.

Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar Guest Relations or Front Office role within a 4-star hotel or resort
Proficient in PMS systems such as VHP, with strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Fluency in written and spoken English
Immaculate grooming and professional presentation
Positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
High level of integrity and discretion
