This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Controller, based in Lombok. The Financial Controller will oversee the preparation and management of financial statements, ensure compliance with financial and accounting regulations, and deliver accurate financial reports. Responsibilities include overseeing budgets, managing accounts, analyzing financial data to support decision-making, and leading financial audits and strategic planning. The Financial Controller will collaborate closely across departments to ensure financial targets and operational goals are met.


Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience as FC, or Finance Manager
Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
Strong Financial management & analytical skill complemented with strategic thinking
High attention to details
Computer literate with knowledge of industry related software
Fluent in English
Strong comprehension of the Uniform System of Accounts


Job Description:

Provide full and accurate forecasting and budgeting proposals
Develop best practice financial accounting and control procedures and continually review the process and procedures to maximize impact and efficiency
Ensure the balance sheets are a fair reflection of the assets and liabilities
Lead monthly finance update meetings with Operations Manager
Comply with company policies and procedures across the area, maximizing performance on the accounting KPI
Review the balance sheets, ensure reconciliations are performed
Assist Heads of the Department to improve their financial awareness and provide them with relevant financial information for their operations
Works with HR Department on payroll control, payroll budgets and procedures.
Initiates, supervises and spot checks all stocks taken of inventories and fixed assets.
Train, supervise, evaluate and upgrades accounting department employees.
Checks, supervises and controls all purchases, disbursements, payroll and expense
To issue the Monthly Financial Report as well as all the documents required.
