Mandalika Intercultural School is looking for an experienced Early Years Director to lead and strengthen our Early Years program.
This role is ideal for an educational leader who is passionate about improving early childhood programs, mentoring teachers, and developing inspiring learning environments for young learners.
What you'll do:
- Lead the strategic improvement and development of the Early Years program.
- Design, review, and implement a high-quality Early Years curriculum aligned with international standards.
- Mentor and support teachers to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.
- Contribute to the design of inspiring learning spaces and outdoor environments.
- Build strong relationships with parents and the school community.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian early childhood education regulations and school policies.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- 5–7+ years experience in international Early Years education, including leadership experience.
- Fluent in English.
