We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Corporate Financial Controller to join the corporate finance team of Jeeva Resorts.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to some of the most iconic properties while supporting the financial integrity and operational excellence that underpin our brand.

The Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Financial Controller plays a key role in managing and overseeing all aspects of group finance operations.

This role supports the preparation of accurate financial reports, ensures compliance with Jeeva standards and statutory regulations, and contributes to effective decision-making across the properties.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.

Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger reconciliations.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.

Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and the company’s internal policies.

Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure the timely and accurate completion of audits.

Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and enhance operational efficiency.

Provide financial insights and reports to department heads.

Mentor and support junior finance team members to ensure professional growth and high performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of five years’ experience in finance or accounting, ideally within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.

Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical skills.

Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Excel; experience with VHP Systems or other property management systems is an advantage.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a discreet and professional manner.

Detail-oriented, well organized, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and accuracy.

Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Hands-on management style with exceptional attention to detail.
