General Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Tourism is an advantage

1–2 years of experience in a similar position

Fluent in both written and spoken English

Friendly, customer-oriented, and positive attitude

Well-groomed, honest, and disciplined

Able to work in a team and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of VHP system is required
