Lowongan Kerja Account Receivable (AR) di Divino Resort Gili Air Indah Pemenang Lombok Utara NTB (Group)
Divino Gili Air is currently looking for a detail-oriented and responsible candidate to join our team as Account Payable (AP) & Account Receivable (AR).
Responsibilities:
Process and record supplier invoices accurately and on time.
Verify invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents before payment.
Monitor and record incoming payments from customers or partners.
Issue invoices and ensure accurate billing to clients.
Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Prepare financial reports related to payables and receivables.
Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, Front Office, and Finance departments regarding billing and payment matters
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in Account Payable, Account Receivable, or Finance (hospitality experience is a plus).
Able to operate Finance & Accounting systems (such as SAP, Accurate, Oracle, or other accounting systems).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Ability to communicate in English is a plus.
Willing to relocate to Lombok (Gili Air)
Placement : Lombok, Nusa Tenggara Barat
