BukuWarung is looking for a driven and hands-on Talent Acquisition Regional Specialist to support our mass hiring initiatives for the Sales Team across priority regions.

📍 Priority Regions/Cities:

- Lombok

- Kalimantan

- Lampung

- Maluku

- Papua

- Rembang

- Pacitan

🔎 What You’ll Do:

- Execute mass hiring to meet monthly recruitment targets

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering)

- Develop and implement local sourcing strategies (online & offline channels)

- Build and maintain a strong regional talent pool

- Collaborate closely with regional stakeholders to align hiring needs

- Track and report recruitment progress regularly

- Participate in on-ground hiring activities (job fairs, community hiring, referrals)
