Some of your duties will include:

Reviewing work order, prepare plan, take measurements and have estimate resource requirements and work schedule.

Ensure the air condition and refrigeration damages have been handled by the technician.

Arrange the maintenance AC schedule and ensure that it would be done as scheduled.

Report to the supervisor if any damage needs more acting.

Ensure the supply of material coming as plan made

Active to find a way for efficiency in line with GMP program.

Maintain tools and equipment in serviceable condition and store them.

Prepare work inspection and completion reports.

Maintain a safe and neat work area and report defects, incidents and unsafe conditions

Update the STP if required and make some changes needed

 

What skills and experience do you need?

Tertiary degree with a major study area in Mechanical/Electrical/ HVAC or a related field;

Certified of Competency for Frontline Operational Supervisor of OHS and Mine Environment from DEMR

Minimum 4 years of experience on mining infrastructure projects working as electrician supervisor particularly on domestic air condition and refrigeration.

Experience installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration for housing, commercial building or industrial and AC Carrier packaged system;

Requires the ability to plan and supervise AC/refrigeration maintenance activities, including reviewing work orders, coordinating materials, overseeing technicians, and ensuring accurate reporting. It also demands strict adherence to safety procedures, proper tool management, issue escalation, efficiency improvements, and updating required documentation.

Possess leadership trait, good communication and interpersonal skills; team player; good in coaching/mentoring; good analytical; conflict resolution; sound decision making skills.

Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate
