Role:

Lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing operations to ensure smooth resort facilities. Oversee preventive & corrective maintenance, supervise technicians/contractors, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan & execute preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, mechanical & plumbing systems (HVAC, pumps, water, power).

Supervise and train technicians, monitor contractors’ work.

Troubleshoot and repair system breakdowns quickly.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and local regulations.

Maintain maintenance records and spare-parts inventory.

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor in Mechanical, Electrical or related field.

3+ years’ experience in hotel/resort or facilities maintenance.

Strong knowledge of MEP systems & ability to read technical drawings.

Good leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.

Flexible schedule; willing to be on-call for emergencies.

Conversational English & fluent Bahasa Indonesia.

Location: Gili Meno, Lombok (island-based, boat access only).
