About the role

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Sikara Lombok Hotel in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered to all our guests.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and coordinating the front desk team, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes

Responding to guest inquiries and addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner

Monitoring room availability and managing reservations

Overseeing the handling of guest payments and maintaining accurate financial records

Providing training and support to front desk staff to continuously improve customer service standards

Liaising with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Adhering to all hotel policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience in a front office supervisory role within the hospitality industry

Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Proficient in using hotel management software and other relevant technologies

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
