#Hiring: Site Manager or Project Supervisor

📍 Kuta – Central Lombok

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a villa construction project in Kuta, Central Lombok.

You will be responsible for ensuring the project runs on schedule, within quality standards, and in full compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site activities and contractor coordination

 • Monitor project timelines, progress, and workmanship quality

 • Manage logistics, materials, and on-site resources

 • Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and HSE standards

 • Identify issues and implement timely solutions

 • Report progress updates to management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in site management or construction supervision

 • Strong project coordination and expediting skills

 • Solid understanding of inspections, compliance, and safety standards

 • Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities

 • Experience in on-site construction or property development projects

 • Located or willing to relocate to Kuta - Central Lombok area.
