R&B COORDINATOR

Job Description:

Coordinate daily restaurant and bar operations

Ensure guest service meets company standards

Arrange staff schedules

Handle guest complaints professionally

Monitor beverage stock and outlet needs

Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service

Qualifications:

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a restaurant, bar, or hotel

Most recent position must be Floor Manager or Restaurant Manager

Ability to lead and supervise service staff

Strong communication skills and guest-oriented mindset

Strong understanding of restaurant and bar operations

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
